Is Patiyo free?
Downloading Patiyo, creating a profile, matching and messaging are free.
Can cats join too?
Yes. You can create profiles for both dogs and cats.
How does matching work?
Tap the heart on a pet's card or swipe it right. If they like yours back, it's a match and the chat opens.
Why can't I see Breeding?
Breeding is only open to breeders with a verified permit. In the Profile tab, tap your pet and use Verify your breeder permit in the Breeding section. Once it's checked, your "Verified breeder" badge appears and Breeding opens.
Can others see my location?
No. Other users only see your city, district and a rough distance. Your exact location is never shown.
How do I report someone?
In the chat, tap ••• at the top right and choose Report or Block. You can also report a profile with Report this profile at the bottom of their profile page. People you block can't see you again. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Any tips for the first meet-up?
Meet somewhere busy like a park, beach or café, tell someone where you'll be, and never send money to someone you met in the app. Make sure your pet's vaccines are up to date.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. See Delete account for details.
